I will be finding out more about my buying ability as I’m in the market for a new car. It’s about time – 14 years is really too long to keep a car. Now I’ll be building my credit score by paying off the car on time every month. At the same time this loan will reduce my mortgage buying ability because it increases my debt to income ratio.
